My Little Super Hero

Dawson is super into superheros....especially Spiderman. The glasses you see in these pictures were given out at an Indians game sometime last year when they had a "superhero day". We each got a pair and so there are usually at least a couple of them making their way to the bottom of the toy basket any given time someone cares to look. Anyway, Dawson wears these around the house daily pretending that he is Peter Parker (did Peter even wear glasses??) and can turn into Spiderman anytime someone needs his help, or just anytime he feels the need to start flying. It is pretty amazing how I can get him to help me put clothes away or pick up toys if I pretend along with him. (Isn't role playing with a three year old fun?) When he is done with that and wants to play something else, he simply puts the glasses in his pocket, and then gets them back out later. So now, when I lay out his clothes for the next day, he transfers the glasses to the pocket of the bottoms he will wear tomorrow.
He is pretty super.
